Active client numbers in OpenVPMS is lower than SmartVetAPPProfitdiagnostix
OpenVPMS understates active clients by 10%. This has been manually verified. The logic for active client numbers in OpenVPMS has not been investigated. SmartVetApp counts all clients that have paid a positive value invoice in the last 365 days. Manual verification of the same criteria in OpenVPMS using invoice based reports gave less than a 1% deviation vs the Active client report in SmartVetAppProfitdiagnostix.
