File format:

The data has to be provided in separate CSV-Files:

• Separator: Comma separated
• Text delimiter: Double Quotation Marks
• Field Titles: 1st row 
• Encoding: Unicode (UTF-8)

3. Patients (Veterinary Systems only)
4. Invoices (invoice headers)
