Q: What versions of MYOB does Slyncy support?

A: Currently, we support only the MYOB AccountsRight Live version.

Q: How do I test Slyncy?

A: You are free to configure Slyncy and experiment with its configuration. We recommend that you use a test account to check the integration of your data before running Slyncy on a live production system.

Q: A transaction has gone through and the data looks different between the source and destination.

A: The most common reason is that the source transaction was updated after it was synchronised. Please note that we only support creation of transactions and payments and do NOT support updates made after data is transferred.
