Notes
Financial Accounts Name mapping:
- For Account Id ’746′, name is translated to — Unspecified equity –
- For Account Id ’1651′, name is set to — Unspecified bank –
Parties
- NOTE: Only individual accounts are transferred. There is currently no API for syncing organisations correctly to and from Saasu. The organisation attached to a Saasu contact is also not transferred to the datahub because of the same reason.
- Saasu is in the process of developing a new API for the Contacts which should solve this problem.
Inventory Items
- Note: combo items are currently not supported. Can be implemented when required
Invoices
- Notes: Saasu’s invoice API is limited and therefore when there is an invoice line item with a small cent value and cannot be represented correctly as unit * quantity * discount, the line item may drop back to a quantity of one, and a unit price of the line item. This will be fixed when Saasu release their new API
Builds
- Are not currently implemented, but can be if required
Q/A/Tips
- Items in Saasu cannot be inventoried once they are used. Make sure you setup inventorying correctly before using any items. If you do use an item you'll have to create a new item and re-attach your invoices to the new item - which can be quite a hassle!
