Magento Notes

Sync Modes

Only invoice sync is currently supported.

We are building Order sync with ASN Shipping statuses and it will be available soon.

Stock level management

Sending stock levels to Magento is supported. Simply setup the dataflows to push products to Magento. Stock on hand will be update in Magento. Only simple stock levels are suppored.

Sending Stock levels to Slyncy is not currently supported. Please contact support if you want this implemented.

Order Options

Order options are brought across during a sync.

Note: * Because the line total already contains the calculated inc tax total of the options, options don't have values. * Options must have actual SKU products assigned to them. If an order uses a SKU which does not exist as a product you will receive an error. * Quantity of the line will be the quantity of the line amount * If an option has a blank SKU, the line will not be transferred.

Customisation

Only basic out-of-the-box Magento Customer fields are sync'd by default. Please discuss with Slyncy support what options are available for mapping other fields.
