How to find the Instance and Server Name ( try to get Ayush at support )

  1. Click on the RX works Orb in the upper left corner as below, then About RxWorks at the bottom of the Menu ( beside Xexit )


     

  2. This screen below will appear. Take a snip or screen print and send to support@profitdiagnostix.com




    This one needed the RXSERVER2016 in capitals to work, no port.
