Placeholders in marketing messages

This is a list of placeholders used in most campaigns. When placed in the message they will be replaced by the appropriate business or customer information:

• [firstname]

• [patientname]

• [businessname]

• [businessphone] - Phone number to contact the business. Note the appropriate variable must be set to the correct value

• [businesswebsite] - can link directly to home page or appointment scheduler, whichever works best. Note the appropriate variable must be set to the correct value

• [unsubscribelink] - generates a unique email link allowing user to unsubscribe from emails

• Promotional vouchers - there are a number of promotional vouchers that can be managed as variables. This allows consistent delivery of vvouchers with promotional codes. the following placeholders exist for variables with the same name and these placeholders will replace with the html in the variable:
  [promo_coupon_conversion]
  [promo_coupon_dentistry]
  [promo_coupon_tick_inj]
  additionally, the following placeholders in vouchers can be used:
  [campaign_code] - this will give a code that is unique for the dashboard that was used to generate the code
  [expiry_date]
  [issue_date]
