Monitoring your marketing campaigns
To access the campaign dashboard click on the marketing icon (you need marketing permissions to do this)
This gives you access to the campaign dashboard and will list all campaigns that are due in the future, currently active and that have been completed
From this screen you can monitor:
Campaign name which usually describes what type of customer messages are going to eg. Lost patients, missed vaccinations - if you click on the campaign name it will take you to the dashboard showing all the customers that have been contacted. For the more common campaigns you will also be able to view a summary of how much revenue the campaign is generating.
Number of messages that have neen sent
total messages that will be sent
dates of the campaign (start and end dates)
The message type (sms or email)
The nunber of customers that have replied to the campaign
Monotoring campaign success
For the more common campaigns, if you click on a campaign name which takes you to the customer list, at the bottom of the list you may find a summary which calculates how many customers are responding and getting invoiced again. If you do this, it is important to understand that this is only accurate whan a campaign has completed ie. after the camapign date. Campaigns that are still running will not have had the chance to get all the required customers back.
For the more common campaigns the most accurate result is probably 30 days AFTER the last communication because it takes time for customers to book in.
The success summary of campaigns will vary depending on the campaign type becauser the criteria for success and the value of what is being sold effects the end result. Here is an example of a patient reactivation (lost patient) campaign summary:
In the above case the value is calculated using annual patient spend for your specific business and then multiplying this with the number of patients re-engaged dueing the 3 month period.
So in the above example, a 3 month campaign has re-engaged approx $30,000 of sales over the next 365 days.
Generally re-activation camapigns of this nature will re-engage 10X the cost of the campaign in the next year.
