In some instances, the tool that extracts the data from your system (GTruck) stops working. Often this occurs if there is a server restart. Although we set the software to continue working after server reboots, such is the unpredictability of various servers, so you may have to restart gtruck manually. Here is what to check:

Firstly start the 'services' manager on your server. This is easy. Click on the windows start button, then type 'services in the search, then click the services icon:

 

Here you will find a service called gtruck host in the long list of services. You can sort them alphabetically to make finding it easier by clicking on the name column at the top:

Make sure that gtruck host has the words 'started' next to it. If it is not started then data cannot be pushed to Profitdiagnostix

 

 

In the instance that grtuck host is not started then right click it and select 'start'. If it is started, it does not hurt to 'restart' it again

 

Another useful trick is to right click gtruck host >> select 'properties'  and set the recovery tab as in the image below. This is a failsafe and will make your server restart gtruck host twice if it fails in the future.
