To move a report on the dashboard, place your cursor at the top of the specific report you want to move until your cursor on the screen turns from a pointer to a hand. Once this changes you can move your report around.
There will be a red box where the report was sitting and will move with you as you move the report.
If you want to resize a report, move your curser on the screen to hover over a report. At the bottom right corner of that report will be a 90 degree angle which you can move in our out to make the report larger or smaller.
When your cursor hovers over this icon, the cursor will change from a pointer to two arrows.
