Voice Configuration: Delete the Webhook URL “https://demo.twilio.com/welcome/voice/”. This disables Twilio’s default voice message when the client calls back the number of text message received. Thus, it reduces the cost PD incurs.
Messaging Configuration: Add the Webhook URL: https://my-reports.slyncy.com/site/sms-reply?k=d07277cf0c687c589c384a71b91a1b52bd5f8a8a. This allows PD to forward the client text message reply to the practice email address (marketingResponseEmail) and/or mobile number (textMessageForwardNumber).
