  • Stop the Slyncy Agent

  • Locate the program folder of the Slyncy Agent that contains the DLL files (e.g. “dbjdbc16.dll”).
    This is usually “C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Programs\slyncy” or "c:/program files/slyncy/libs".

  • Extract the files from the ZIP archive and copy/replace them with the files in the Slyncy programm folder usually "c:/ program files/slyncy/libs" (or the folder selected on install)

  • Restart the Slyncy Agent
