What is the lifetime value of your client?

What is the Lifetime Client Profit?

When considering advertising costs, the Lifetime Client Profit for each client you gain becomes a very important KPI .

Instructions

These KPI’s can be found in the Client Attrition Report.

  1. The lifetime value of a client is calculated as function of the clients attrition report. This KPI tells you what average spend a client will make in you practice over the time they visit your practice. Interestingly the National average for a pet to visit a clinic is just 4 years.

  2. The Lifetime profit of client is also calculated in a formula using an average adjusted profit.
