This page will describe how to map your general ledger accounts in the setup wizard. It is VERY important that this is correct. As we don't know how your accountant has set up these ledgers, we have GUESSED what the values should be, but they are almost certainly incorrect and you will need to update them. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open the Setup wizard. Open Settings > Setup Wizard
  2. You will see a section titled "Mapping your profit and loss statement/income statement."
  3. Move each ledger item from the right into the correct category on the left
  4. You can move items into a category by pressing the left arrow (<) next to the category you want to add the item to
  5. You can move items out of categories by pressing the right arrow (>) next to the category
  6. All ledger items must be mapped for correct reporting
