Revoke a current users Access
If a users role in your practice has changed you can cancel their access to profit diagnostix
Navigation: Go to main menu → Account → Users

Cancel a users Access
In this example Steve has left the practice and we need to cancel his access. Click on the revoke access link beside his name highlighted here.
A pop up will appear to make sure you want to cancel Steve’s access. The revoke access will be underlined so you can check which user you are removing → refer to the red arrow below
