To create User Performance Dashboards for individual staff members.

Go to Settings > Setup Wizard

You will see "Setup your Staff Dashboards / Merge Staff Members", followed by an expandable list which includes usernames collected from your software system.

Scroll down and click Create "Staff/Groups" for unassigned Staff Members

This will create a "Staff/Group" with all the usernames collected, and the role will be set to the default, Primary.

Go into Settings > Staff Aliases

This will show you the list of users, an input for their email and the ability to change their role.

You can change the name of the user, and add in their email address.

Support staff should have their role changed to Support, with the main users having the role as Primary.

Back in the setup wizard, press Update User Performance Dashboards

This will create individual staff dashboards based on your Primary users.


If a user has more than one login name, follow these instructions.
