The most commeon problem connecting to RX Works is getting the connection string details. Usually RXworks ( Convetrus ) would provide this.

How to find the Instance and Server Name
Click on the RX works Orb in the upper left corner as below, then About RxWorks at the bottom of the Menu ( beside Xexit )
