Revoke a current users Access

If a users role in your practice has changed you can cancel their access to profit diagnostix

Cancel a users Access

1. In this example Steve has left the practice and we need to cancel his access. Click on the revoke access link beside his name highlighted here.
   
   
   

   Open

   

    

2. A pop up will appear to make sure you want to cancel Steve’s access. The revoke access will be underlined so you can check which user you are removing → refer to the red arrow below
   
   
   

    

3. Steve will be removed. No need to save.
   
   
   

    

4. If you accidentally remove the wrong person, you will need to invite them back. Go to the following link
