Resend invite

 

Navigation: Go to main menu → Account → User

Resent expired Invite

  1. If a user hasn’t accepted the invite within two weeks, it will expire. A new one will need to be sent.

  2. Go to step 3 in users to see more detail about inviting users.

  3. The resend button is beside the user name. If you hover over the name (Steve Profit) the email used will pop so you can check the correct email was used.


     

An unaccepted invite will show Pending
