There are many reasons this could occur. Check the computer where the slyncy service - Gtruck is installed, is turned on and hasn’t been asleep. Was it off at the scheduled download time Let PD staff know if you have changed a connection password to you PMS or Accounting System.
Data Sources could need to be re queued. Test Connectivity.
