Pausing of campaigns
A few days prior to sending a campaign, the designated email address in the company settings is sent the list of contacts and a link with the option to pause the campaign. This is useful for cases where a potential error is identified.
If a user clicks on the pause link then an email is sent to the Profitdiagnostix helpdesk.
When the issue is resolved the campaign needs to be resumed - note that leaving a campaign paused for long periods of time may give unpredictable results if it is a campaign that relies on a series of messages!
To resume a campaign and to change the sending out date:
Open the campaign dashboard, click on the edit button and re-set the Enable SMS campaign variable to 1 (it will have been changed to zero)
If the sending date has been missed due to the pausing: Go to the marketing section >> click the edit button next to the campaign >> change the send date
