Conversion Items

The conversion shows the staff member that actually advised a client to book a specific product like dentals or cytologies, even when the procedure is done by another staff member. 

Go to Settings >> Setup Wizard

Scroll down the page until you reach Conversion Items, underneath the product mapping.

The Current value should be 0 products.

Click Populate

If you have existing items, tick the "delete all existing conversion items", and then Populate

Choose the start from date, usually a year ago.

Start Conversion.
