A By User Report creates a report that shows how each user/staff member on Profitdiagnostix has performed in certain areas that you choose. For example, the amount of consultations or dentals they have done in the specified date range etc.
Start this report by going to the settings tab >> reports >> create report on the LHS.
Display Name e.g.: Emma’s By User Report
Type: By User Report
Click on Create.
Create your first row for the first item you want to see for the staff performance indicator. For example, let's choose Consultations. Click on add row.
Display name: Consultations
Type: Invoice Line (consultations are found on an invoice line)
Aggregate: Count (you want to count each consultation)

Do this by going to your desired dashboard, clicking on the pen tool, searching for your report name e.g. "Emma's By User Report" then clicking on the plus symbol to add it to your dashboard.
Click on Report Settings and change the output type to "Pivot Table". This will display the staffs names in the left column, and the fields will be displayed at the top of the table. Click save.
