How to Disconnect from Xero

Your can disconnect Profitdiagnostix by either logging into Xero or Logging into Profitdiagnostix. The applications will be disconnected if either of these approaches is used, so there is no need to do both

Disconnect by logging into Profitdiagnostix

  • Log into your Profitdiagnostix system

  • Go to Settings >> Data sources

  • Find your Xero connector with the Xero icon and the name of the Xero file you want to disconnect and click the ‘Remove’ button

     

  • This will disconnect your Xero file from Profitdiagnostix and your Xero data will no longer appear on your Profitdiagnostix dashboards and reports

Disconnect by logging into Xero

  • Log into your Xero system

  • Select the appropriate organisation

  • Navigate to settings → connected apps → disconnect app
