When and how does data sync occur

The data synchronisation occurs once a day and cannot be set to automatically sync more frequently. If a fresh copy of the data is required then you manually need to click the ‘queue’ button next to the connector.

The time of synchronisation is set automatically when the connector is created. This can be changed to a preferred time by clicking on the ‘Schedule’ button.
